Proprietor
0415 635 127
Aside from entering the military for four years at the age of 17, Tim ‘Willas’ Clark has been a commercial diver and salvage expert for all of his working life.
His experience as a commercial diver has extended to projects in South America, South East Asia, Middle East, Australia including the North West Shelf and Bass Strait.
Willas grew up in Sorrento, and he and his wife and four daughters are still living on the Peninsula today. He carried out his first swing mooring inspection in 1985 operating out of the shed in the aquarium car park, these days his company Peninsula Underwater Services (operating since 1988) specialises in marine salvage, and the installation, repair & maintenance, and mandatory annual inspection of swing moorings in Port Phillip Bay and Westernport Bay.
Willas is also the proprietor of Mooring Sales Pty Ltd, specialising in the sale of swing moorings. This business, established and owned by Bruce & Anne Bell in 2007 as part of Marina Berth Sales, will now operate as a subsidiary of Peninsula Underwater Service.
‘Incorporating the sale of moorings into our company is a logical extension to all other services currently provided for swing moorings’.
