Located just slightly east of the BYS Clubhouse opposite the driveway entrance to the Club from Pt Nepean rd, and 216m off the beach in deep water. Ideal mooring for a keep boat and very well priced as owner has retired from boating and no longer requires the mooring.

Serviced by Willas of Peninsula Underwater Services and a mooring sale report not more than 42 days old will be provided for the transfer to verify the mooring is in passable condition and suitable for the boat to go onto it.
