Portsea Fishermans Beach - PWT 028 - 8 metres

This mooring is currently set up to suit an 8m vessel but if upgraded will take a vessel to 11.5m. It has heavy ground chains (2 x 11m x 36mm stud link legs), and riding chain to suit a vessel to 8.5m

Located in a very popular position, 182m off the beach, just 138m to the west of The Cutting, and in water approximately 4m at low tide. depending on usage the riding chain may need repair within the next 3 years.

This is a good strong mooring in a great spot and realistically priced for immediate sale.

Serviced by Willas of Peninsula Underwater Services and a mooring report not more than 42 days old will be provided for a transfer to verify the mooring is in good condition and suitable for the boat to go onto it.
