Located directly out from the end of St. Paul's Road, 333m off the beach and 383m east of The Baths jetty in deep water and includes a Big Buoy mooring system. Has previously been used for a 40ft (12m) yacht.

Serviced by a Registered Mooring Contractor, a mooring sale report not more than 42 days old will be provided for the transfer to verify the mooring is in good condition and suitable for the boat to go onto it.
